Jordan Seitz

Jordan was born and raised in the Edmonton area. After high school, he spent several years working in the trucking industry and even operated his own trucking company.

During this time, he enrolled in The King’sUniversity, earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Leder School of Business.

He is happily married to his wife Tynan and the proud father of four young boys, Justice, Zalen, Kassian & Rudy. Jordan looks forward to family time spent out at the lake where many family memories are made!

Daniel Seitz

Daniel is an educator-turned-propertarian—a word he made up to describe his knack for providing real estate clients with value, expertise, and most-simply put: a whole lot of hard work.

According to Carol, his wife of almost forty years, Dan has the work-ethic of an A+ student—his skills refined alongside a multi-generational teaching career. “I don’t know what impresses me more,” she said, “that he still chooses to shovel our hundred foot driveway by hand, or that he looks forward to doing it.” Together, they raised their two boys in Stony Plain (the gateway to some of Alberta’s finest lakeside communities), and have since been rewarded with seven—count’em—seven grandkids… “That’s a 250% ROI!” Daniel said when asked about the investment. 

 When Team Seitz popped the idea of providing specialized real-estate services, he didn’t even finish his sip of coffee before blurting out: Dibs Lake Life! 

… Yes, an affinity to life on the lake, Daniel is also keen on inbound and outbound marketing strategies. If there’s a better offer, a better-value home, or a better way to list a property, he’s out there looking for it, figuring out how to put it all together—and as quickly as possible too.

 That isn’t to say: Daniel is all work and no play… Some of his most preferred hobbies include: making meals with Carol, entertaining the grandkids (“grandpa jokes” being at least one level beyond dad jokes), listening to podcasts, playing cribbage, watching reality-real-estate television, and of course, searching the Realtor.ca member listing service for one-of-a-kind, you-can-see-yourself-living-there lake-home properties.

 “Always ready to help you with your escape to the lake,” Daniel said at the close of another call. “Feel free to call anytime.”

Jarred Lusk

After being in the hospitality industry for over seven years, Jarred decided to pursue a career in real estate. While always having a passion for the real estate industry, he is now able to apply all of the skills that were developed during his time in managing a hotel. From sales and revenue management, to customer service, Jarred takes great pride in what he does.

While the process of purchasing or selling a home can be stressful at times, Jarred is there to help mitigate the stress so his clients are able to enjoy the experience of entering into a real estate transaction.

Outside of work, Jarred enjoys heading back to his hometown in Wainwright to spend time with his family and friends.
